Refrigerated bottle poured into a glass. Pours a pale yellow with small white head. Nicely carbonated with nice pear aroma. Taste is simple light pear and a hint of apple.

12 oz. bottle from Jewel supermarket. Smells more of freshly cut apple slices than apple juice. Pour shows apple color, some fizziness, but I’m sure we didn’t expect a head here. Taste is rather average, I’ve basically got just apple juice with some fizz and alcohol kick. It’s quite nice, however, certainly something I could drink a lot of, and quickly, it seems. I don’t pick up any artificial flavors or additives. Just an indistinguishable blend of sweet apple juice.

Pour is a nice clear bronze. Aroma is an excellent bourbon with some apple tartness in there. Flavor turns out to be a typical cider with some sugar sweetness followed by apple puckering tartness. Damn this sure smells good.

bottle - Pours clear golden and smells of green apples and oak. It tastes of sweet apples with a little tartness and ample soft oak flavors. It’s a little too sweet, in my opinion, but the oak goes very well with it and it’s enjoyable and very drinkable.

Sampled from a 12 oz green bottle this cider poured a caramel-amber color with a trace of a white head. The aroma was dryish apple with a touch of wood. The flavor was medium sweet and tart apple. Less tart and sweet than the original. Medium length tart apple finish. Not a whole lot of oak flavor to this one.

12 oz bottle. Cider is a amber color with no noticeable head. Aroma is apples (obviously) with touches of vanilla. Flavor is apples, vanilla, oak. Tart, sweet. Not something I’d have more than one of at the same time, but decent.

12 ounce bottle from a local grocery store. Pours a clear amber with a head that makes cola look good. Aroma is apples with vanilla and faint toasted oak notes. Taste is apples, oak, vanilla. Faintly spicy. Medium bodied. One of their better products.

$1.50 tick at New beer. I heard this wasn’t as bad as their regular offerings. Pint glass pour. Half inch of light gray battered foam that sticks around a bit longer then usual. Clear MGD caramelized additive color. Smell is warming with vanilla & pineapple. A bit too much cinnamon & powdered sugar(though the cinnamon does come off really sort of natural). A packet of apple mulling spices & a weird bubblegum & faux pumpkin draw that isn’t quite what I expect or want. Overall pretty gentle in scent. Taste is sweet upfront with muted Big Red cinnamon, plastic vanilla phenols, & prickly tart apples. The apple juice is pretty lost here. Finish saves it. It is toasty & dry, echoing with sweet potato puree & pie crust. All spice bitterness. I didn’t get any oak. Soft carbonation & a dry, chalky(too may powdered spices) feel. Probably the same exact stuff available year round, but they hide the factory runoff flavor much better here.

With rebate, come to about a dollar a bottle. Looks like pale lager with no sparkling what so ever. No head either. Good carbonation on tongue tho. Smell is that of apple candy. First taste is cider with a tad too much cinnamon, not used to this in my bubbly brews. Other than the cinnamon, goes down fairly easy and is quite freindly. Not too dry, quit sweet. Finish has some weird spice in there too along with the cinnamon. You would think the spices would make it something like apple pie. If you think that, you’ll be let down a little. After the session, unsweetened cinnamon linger. Seems cinny is the overiding factor in this berw.

Clear dark yellow pour. No head. Sweet and spicy aroma. The apple, cinnamon and other spices combine in a way that comes off almost like bubblegum with some mint behind it. Apple spice cake flavor. Lightly spritzy, sweet, refreshing.
