Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big mandarin orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big mandarin orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toast, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.2%. Overall this is a fantastic NEIPA. All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mildly bitter/drying finish. Great soft feel. Awesomely balanced juicy oranges/El Dorado hops, vanilla, lactose, and wheat/oat/malts. Not overly sweet from lingering dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example. You can barely tell it's Lacto soured.

Overall this is a fantastic imperial fruited Berlier weisse! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, fruity/acidic yeast, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink for the ABV; with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish, not overly lactic. Amazingly jammy raspberries; with balanced Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example for an imperial version.
