Draft at 36, Singapore. Poured a clear orange amber colour with a thin broken white head and a some broken lace. The aroma is grainy malt, orange citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, yeasty, herbal, aromatic, floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Tasted nothing like the commercial description, or even a Festbier for that matter.

The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter, with a smooth, liqourice, molasses, herbal, light smoky, light oily, liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a crisp, malt, light metallic, woody hop bitter palate and lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. It’s all about the bitterness.

The flavour is moderate to light bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, biscuit dough malt, pumpkin, yeasty, herbal palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. One of the nicest pumpkin beers I ever had, probably because the pumpkin didn’t dominate.

A strange twist for a Witbier.
