Got the right feel, but there’s not much to it. We complain about super strong saisons, but this one is probably too weak. Admire the idea though.

Tap at Umineko. Mederium amber, slight hazy. Malty nose, caramel, light grass. Body is a bit thin and watery for a bock. Flavor is decent caramel malts, but the finish is too bitter for the style.
