Description
Four friends from Vlaardingen came up with the plan in 2011 to restore the old brewing tradition of Vlaardingen. In 2012, a real brewing installation was purchased. Two medium-sized brewing kettles, four fermentation tanks, meters of hoses, pipes and various couplings, and of course a building to set up the whole thing in working order. And so, after an absence of more than 100 years, a real Vlaardingen beer brewery was created again, this time located at Hoogstraat 37 in Vlaardingen.

Of course, the necessary test brews followed in the new installation, and all related matters such as design, glasses, appearance and of course this website were devised and developed. In the meantime, all of Vlaardingen can enjoy real Vlaardingen beer. Keep an eye on this site or sign up for the newsletter to be able to get your hands on such a delicious beer.

In December 2015, the brewery moved from a historic building on the Hoogstraat to a building with perhaps even more history. The new location is on the corner of the Oosthavenkade and the Waterleidingstraat and that is a very special place. Between 1881-1892, a brewery was already located here, which bore the name "De Gekroonde M".
