Twin Elephant Brewing Company's vision is to offer an extremely fresh variety of high quality, handcrafted ales and lagers brewed mindfully with locally sourced ingredients when available. Our portfolio of beers are not restricted in style or flavor but will have a decided focus on all the classic styles that we have enjoyed drinking for a decade and a half. Our vision is for our patrons to enjoy these unique local beers in a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere that augments their tasting experience and to share their thoughts with each other as well as us so we can continually improve.

Twin Elephant Brewing Company is founded by three partners with the dream of turning their passion for brewing craft beers into an exciting shared adventure with the local community. Scott McLuskey & Tim Besecker have been homebrewing together for over 10 years starting, like most folks do, in the garage and for the last 5 years Cindy DeRama has joined the crew with a proclivity for recipe formulation using unique ingredients. Throughout the years we have honed our craft, learning and practicing the artistry and science of brewing. All three of us have entrepreneurial experience through both education and acting as key cogs in several small businesses throughout the years.

16 oz can from Twin Elephant, via delivery, 6/3/21. Hazy orange pour with a white head and rather strong lacework. I think they achieved the planned goal here. Aroma and flavor of weed, resin, pine. Grapefruit and pineapple. Drinks mid-dry. Tons of flavor. Exactly as described.

Crowler from Twin Elephant delivery, 6/3/21. Pours a mostly clear pale golden color with about an inch of fizzy white head that dissipates down to nothing. Really nice complexity here, with a ton going on, funky, bright, and floral. White wine, lime, pineapple, and pear. Stone fruit as well. Herbal and grassy notes. Just a ton going on overall, and it all seems to work. This beer is excellent. Making something this awesome and easy drinking at 9.2% is a fucking joke.

Crowler from the brewery, via delivery, 6/2/21. Pours a clear yellow-gold color with a white head and some fairly strong lace. Grassy, citrus, and dough. Some sweet bread, a little spice, lemon-lime notes, grains, and corn. Lively feel, somewhat dry.

Crowler from Twin Elephant via delivery, 6/2/21. Fully hazed orange color with a moderate sized white head. Juicy for sure, tropical (mango, guava, peach, etc.), white wine grape, pepper, grass, and a little earth. Drinks on the lively side. There's a lot of flavor here, and it drinks like a straight-up Juicy IPA-Saison hybrid, with both flavor profiles somehow enhanced at the same time. Really cool beer. Super dangerous at 8.5% in a 32 oz crowler too.

Crowler from Twin Elephant, via delivery, 6/2/21. Pours a fully golden-orange color, slightly fizzy, smaller white head. Big peach, apricot type hops over orange juice, melon, and a little bit of a floral / honey type thing. Nice juicy hop flavor up-front, a bit thin, with a shorter duration. Solid, but it does fall off a bit.

Crowler from Twin Elephant delivery, 6/2/21. Twin Elephant Rating #40! Pours clear, caramel-orange in color with a fizzy, fleeting tan head. Sweet bread, caramel, and some nuttiness. Hints of honey, wheat, and a little rye style spice to the finish. Super drinkable, clean and crushable. Lively carbonation that works great, it is not overly carbonated at all. Just a pure drinking beer that would go perfectly sitting on an old wooden stool at the bar, chatting with randos, and crushing nonics of this delightful liquid.

16 oz can from the brewery, via delivery, 4/28/21. Hazy, bright orange pour, white head, moderate lace. Juicy, bright, melon and peach. Fairly sweet. Tropical. This is a well done sweet juice beer with a lactose feel. Tasty.

16 oz can from Twin Elephant, 4/22/21. Canned 3/11/21. Pours a fully hazed rusty yellowish color with a creamy off-white head. Pineapple, peach, melon. Tropical fruit punch type flavors. Finished with a bit of a punchy tartness as well. Pretty good stuff that improves slightly with a little time in the glass to warm up.
