At the spurce: pours reddish with an off white head. Aroma is rye malt and light hops. Taste is somewhat sweet and lightly bitter from the rye. Sustained aftertaste. Simple but not too bad of a rye ale.

At the source: pours light yellow with a white head. Aroma is light malt and honey and plastic. Taste is kind of watery. Plasticy aftertaste. Still better than Genny.

At the source: pours pale gold with small head. Aroma is honey, flowers, and wheat. Lightly bitter with a light hobey sweetness. Easy and pleasant to drink. Nice aftertaste.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours brown with a light beige head. Aroma is malty, hoppy, and caramel. Taste is malty and moderately bitter. Low bit of sweetness. Nice chuggable body.

At the brewery. brown pour and sudsy beige head. nose is some brown sugar and pine. tastes not all that hoppy. but light pine, earth, brown sugar, nutmeg, tasty enough.

Tap at the brewery. Its made with some unknown hop that they are in process of having tested to see if a new variant or something. Nice smelling tropical nose. Tastes of hay, mango, resin, leaves, some pineapple. fairly light palate but a tasty effort

Tap at the brewery. Copper pour sudsy head. nose is grains and caramel. Tastes of grains, caramel, toasted malt, some hop bitterness for sure, leaves. crisp and refreshing. kinda dig this and it looks like its my 3K rate from my 100th rated NY state brewery.

Tap at source. Fairly standard blonde ale. golden pour with subtle nose of light fruit and grains. tastes of grains, hay, hops, lemon, some small fruit notes. light palate.

Tap the brewery nice mild barleywine. lovely coloration of ruby brown. nose of dark fruits and toffee. tastes of plum, cherry, fig, toffee, hops, slightly medicinal. not cloying and slightly bitter. tasty

Tap at the brewery. blackish brown pour faint nose of choclate and wheat. tastes of wheat, chocolate, earth, and wood. a touch bland and subdued but pleasant enough.
