Tap at Bishops Arms Östersund. Shame that I think dirty taps have played a part but it smells of slightly sour milk mixed with good classic wit flavours. Light milky beet colour. Slightly sour in taste.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Hazy golden amber colour with a big off-white head. Fruity aroma with spicy notes, grasses, chillies, pale malts. Taste is light sweet. Medium body. Finishes drying with a burn from the chillies. A bit gimmick-y.

Bottle@yesprs - Orange pour with white head. Aroma and taste is herbal with notes of veg, then some chilli hotness come in but no extreme chilli burn, some vague sweet fruity notes in the background, some grain, medium body, grassy and herbal into the finish.
