500ml bottle, shared by Finn. Patchy surface to a clear, yellow- gold body. Modest smell of sweet malts. Sweet fruits alongside pale malts in flavour. Weak bitter endnotes. Standard sweet lager (Tromsø, 16.09.2010).

Bottled@SBWF2009, as Nyckel Original 5.2%. Golden colour, mediumseized white head. Aroma is hops, grass, fruits and mild yeastyness. Flavour is quite much the same. Not very exciting, but is atleast somewhat refreshing.

Bottled@SBWF2009. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is rather grassy with some mild toffee, fruits and some earthy notes. Flavour quite much the same. Not that much bitterness. Finishes hayish.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 19 Sep 2009) Yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, bready nose with some grass and tropical fruit. Malty taste with notes of bread, grass and a touch of citrus. A decent grassy bitterness in the finish. On the thin side, with some malt sweetness. An average, non-exciting pale lager.

Godlen color, small white head. A bit sticky, diacetylic nose. Sweet malty, slighly diacetylic. Low bitterness for a pils. Decent body. Not very pilsner-like.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Deep amber colour, mediumsized beigeish head. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, roast as well as some mild cardboard. Flavour is rather sweet, almost mash mixed with syruplike with some mild bittery dry notes. As it warms up some slight metallic notes start to show. Watery. A 5% version could be nice to taste.
