33 cl bottle from Systembolaget, sampled on September 22, 2017. 5.8% ABV, BB 2021-11-14. Marked #5.Hazy golden color, turns murky with some sediment you can't see through the very dark bottle. Small white head. Malty, apple, grainy scent. Malty, fruity, bitter taste. Bitter, harsh aftertaste. Bready. Medium mouthfeel, high bitterness.4/2/3/3/7=1.9

Body: Medium body and carbonation.

Gylden brun klar med beige skum. Lukter malt, trevirke og brent karamell. Middels fylde. Søt kandis, svisker og bitter brent karamell.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grassy aroma with weak sour hints. Fruity malty sour grainy grassy caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy weak sour finish.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy pale amber, coarse head. Fruity nose with some candy and strawberries. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with some dough and esters. Fairly low bitterness. Not what I was hoping for.

Bottle from web SB cons 2017-08-04 Göteborg SWE Brewery #258, yeah! Not ABV 5.8% - I.e new entry, but serms to be the same beer, this one has Saaz hops. AR: sweet caramel, candis, wee sour white bread AP: wee hazy coppery, frothy cream yellow slowly deminishing head F: sweet caramel, fruit candis, wee sour bready, average bitterness, wee rich bubbly carbonation, semisweet mouthferling, wee grainy, finished, fruit candis, yet another solid;) new Swedish brewer, cheers to that!

Keg at Bishops Arms, Sundbyberg. Black, minimal head. Licorice and aniseed up front. Dry with medium-full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Tobacco and ouzo, notes of chocolate and freshly chopped wood. Mild peppery finish. The dryness maked gives it elegance and drinkability. Ouzu is ever present. Unusual and fun.

Keg at Bishops Arms, Sundbyberg. Clear pale golden, small head. Tangerine and grapefruit peels up front. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel, excessive carbonation. Citrus dominates. Slightly oily in the mouth. Mid bitter finish. Would gain a lot from being served warmer, flavours becomes more available as it warms and the CO2 is out of the way.
