Bottled. A dark golden beer with sediment floating around under a thin white head. The aroma is sweet and very fruity - especially citrus fruits, but also notes of hops and hints of yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeasty, hops, and fruit - especially lemins, leading to a quite spicy finish. The body is thin. Thanks Papsoe for shipping this home.

Papsoes mystery blindtasting beer #4. Pours dark brown to black with a diminished light brown head. Roasted coffee and chocolate malt. Flavour is dry and roasted, medium coffee note and a ligt smoothness from the chocolate into the finish. Yet a bit too simple and without much body. Slight ashtray finish with a mild bitterness mainly from the roasted malt.

(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy pale golden with a small, white head. Aroma of citrus and a little yeast. Medium-bodied with notes of yeast, citrus and banana. Fairly bitter and astringent finish. Mostly reminds me of a light Belgian Blonde. 210208

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy, pale golden with a small, white head. Very fresh aroma of fruit and summer flowers. Quite a solid, malty body with a good malt sweetness before a very solid hop bitterness with loads of aroma hops and fresh flower notes. Yet another example to show that capable New Zealand micros can brew excellent pilseners with locally grown hops. 040208

(On tap) Courtesy of bozoNZ. Hazy, pale golden with a small, rough, white head. Fresh lemon and coriander aroma. Light-bodied with sweetish fruit notes, a little sulphur and coriander. The finish is dry. A decent take on a Belgian Wit. 240108
