Aroma is light malty, wheat, light to moderate caramel,, moderate to light heavy yeasty, phnol, light sour, vinegar notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, caramel, sugary, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. At first I thought it was pretty bad, but it do get a bit better as it did go down !! [20121106]

Bottle courtesy of Matthias, as the 1 Dezember calendar bier! That’s a case of beer disguised as an Advent calendar, and you open a little cardboard door and get a different beer every day until Christmas. I guess they’re starting off small, because this one was very plain and unadventurous.
