330ml bottle from Alko. Pours dark orange with a foamy head. Aroma of caramely malts, grassy hops, hints of herbal notes and fruits. Taste is caramely malty, slightly grassy and herbal with hints of fruits and gooseberries. Finish is sweetish, caramely malty and slightly hoppy with hints of fruits and herbal notes. Quite generic, slightly malty IPA.

330ml bottle from Alko. Pours dark brown, almost black with a large foamy head. Aroma of roasty malts, earthy notes, herbal hops, grass, licorice and coffee. Taste is hoppy, roasty and slightly earthy with some licorice and herbal notes. Finish is earthy and roasty with some herbal hops and licorice. Okay black IPA.

Bottled (from Alko Keskusta, Vaasa). Orangeish golden colour with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, some herbal and mild grassy notes. Flavour is fruity, grassy, herbal wooden and some mild toffeeish notes. Mellow, but nicely hopped. Slight catpissy notes as it warms up.

Smell of apple. Apple juice colour ,cloudy. Aroma of apple, cider, some malt. Somewhat watery. Sour. Lively carbon. Too cidery for my liking.

33cl bottle from Alko. Poured deep golden color with a thick white head. Pine, malts, hops, some orange in aroma. Flavor has citrusy hops, pine, malts. Massive bitterness. Some warmth in finish. Malty IPA with a nice bitterness. The fruits come forward when the beer gets warmer.

A quite murky and orange beer, a head is dense, medium and blond. Aroma has strong citrusfruityness, grapefruits and lime, some tropical fruitness and fructose. Taste has grapefruits, mangos, balanced and medium bitterness, quite dry. Medium bodied, smooth. Basic good IPA, grapefruity.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 13/09/18, from Alko, 20161111) The beer poured amber and nearly clear. Its head was white, quite large and it lasted long. Aroma had pine, caramel and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, pine, caramel, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, sweet and bitter. A rather nice hoppy brew with strong malty body.

Hazy pale golden colour, small frothy white head, mostly lasting, good lacing. Citrus nose, aroma pale malts, lemon, grapefruit, grass, coriander. Flavour medium bitter, slightly sweet, malty, citrusy. Dry bitter and fruity aftertaste, chalk and mineral notes. Light to medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, fresh and fruity.

Pours rather clear blonde, good white head. Smell is frutyw bit dry. Taste is Sharp, dry, sweet, fruity, zests, coconut from the sorachi. Not bad, but too sweet for the style. Not sour at all , so what’s up with this title???? Also a bit overcarbonated. Very interesting though !
