Can. An unclear yellow-golden beer with a small white head. Super-fruity, hoppy aroma with lots of grapefruit, some pineapple and generic tropical fruityness. Hints of pale malts. It's dry and softly carbonated, lightly bitter, with mostly fruity flavors. Pine cones, grapefruit and some pineapple. Lasting hop driven finish. I'd like more bitterness here, but it's quite nice anyway. 220226

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Premier Hop I think. Pours deep brown with a creamy, tan head. Lightly sweet, plenty of tangy dark fruits, earth, a little ash, tobacco, astringent woody dryness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Tangy finish, more astringency, beat-up leather, earth, berries. Warming alcohol. This is rather poor.

Can. It pours a nice-looking white head over a faintly foggy pale golden colored body. Lemony sourish aroma with for once pleasant bread dough notes, hints of popcorn, a herbal hint, some orange and grapefruit and a hint of bread crust. it's full to medium bodied, nicely carbonated and dry, pleasantly acidic, with lemon, notes of lime and orange, and a light bready flavor in the back. Lasting citrusy and refreshing finish, where there's also a very light salinity. This is how you make gose. Tasteful, subtle and quite complex, with lots of refreshing qualities. 220202

Can 440ml (Vinmonopolet Kirkenes, Vasa Sessions) Brown colour, small off- white. Chocolate, fruity hops. Medium-bodied. Toasted, licorice, a bit fruity but a bit harsh hoppyness. American hops - kind of CDA.
