Can. A golden colored, almost clear beer with a small white head leaving curtains. The aroma and flavor are far from complicated, there are pine cones and grapefruit, with a gentle touch of bready malts, and little else going on. It’s dry and medium bodied, with a nice carbonation level, and a generic fruityness and some grass towards the else piney, grapefruity finish. Far from complex this one, but it’s sure tasteful, and drinks well. 190418

8-3-7-4-15 Can, #77, one month after canning. Pours cloudy yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is tropical hops with apricots and sweet citrusy notes of tangerines, as well as grass, garden compost, fruit peel and minerals. Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is grassy hops, with tropical notes of apricots, sweet citrusy notes of tangerines and orange peel, as well as fruit pits and minerals. Mellow, quaffable and moreish, and with a bit more bitterness this would've been a winner. Still a great session alternative though.
