Description
Founded in 2016, Brasserie Mira was founded by Jacques Bellec and Aurélien Rey. It is a unique concept evolving around art, music and beer: a real puzzle where different pieces are articulated. We then find the Pub, its catering activity, concert hall, the shop, the music school, a permanent exhibition of contemporary art and the Brasserie (place of production of beers and sodas with spring water ).
Spread over 1000m², the production of Mira drinks finds their singularity in the selection of its ingredients. More particularly from its water from its own borehole (spring water). This water, having undergone a Carbon 14 dating, is 22,500 years old. Above all, it is free from any human pollution (anthropogenic factor), pesticides, nitrate and chlorine. Beers, sodas and spirits are then made from this water, associated with high quality raw materials favoring short circuits.

brown colour with reddish hue, extremely huge, dense and very long lasting beige-ish dark ecru head, aroma of cocoa powder, grape peel and juica, unripe plum, burnt sugar, marmalade-like and chocolate notes; taste has the same notes as can be felt in the aroma with bitter orange and pine resiny notes; very good beer

33cl bottle from Aldi in Rethel, France. Head is medium, white, average retention. Colour is pale gold, light hazy. Aroma is orange, herbal, juniper, spicy, grapefruits. Taste is medium malty base, orange, herbal, bit spicy, soapy, decent bitterness, medium to high carbonation, ok, not bad for me with spicy accent.
