Description
A great Brewpub located just west of downtown Colorado Springs, CO. We offer a full service kitchen complimented with 24 taps. Plenty of Cerberus beer on tap, along with occasional guest taps and house made sodas.

We have a great bar area, along with a quiet dining area. If you are looking for outside areas we have a sizable deck area along with a nice big patio. Well behaved dogs are welcomed anywhere outside.

Taste at Beast & Brews. Pours a clear, straw color, with a big, foamy, beige head. The nose is toast, raw wheat, pine, chalk, and heavy resin. Dry and dusty, with a surprisingly harsh bitterness. Not bad.

Pint at the brewery. Pours a clear, straw color, with a medium, frothy, white head. The nose is biscuit, clover honey, rose water, and butterscotch. Sweet and yeasty, with a nice touch of bitterness. Light body, with a crisp, clean finish. This is a quality, easy lager.

Pint at the brewery. Pours a hazy, orange color, with a medium, frothy, white head. The aroma is orange juice, papaya, dust, cane sugar, and lavender. Sweet and sugary, with a sharp bitterness. Smooth, aromatic, and spicy. Nice.

Pint at the brewery. Pours a hazy, opaque, yellow color, with a medium, foamy, white head. The aroma is mango, pineapple, lime zest, black pepper, and vanilla. Pretty sweet and citrusy, with a sharp, aggressive bitterness. Medium body, with a harsh, drying feel. This a fruity, yet aggressive IPA. Nice.

Pint at the brewery. Pours black, with a medium, foamy, beige head. The nose is dark chocolate, walnut, light maple, and cloves. Not too sweet, with a touch of roasted bitterness. Medium body, with a dusty, malty, clean palate. This is a quality, easy stout.

Pint at the brewery. Pours a clear, golden color, with a big, foamy, white head. The aroma is spruce tips, mango, caramel, light caraway, and lavender. Fairly dry, with a big, dank bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with a sharp, sticky mouthfeel. This is an aggressive, quality IPA.

Pint at the brewery. Pours a bright, hazy, pinkish, orange color, with a small, off-white head. The nose is big vanilla, lemon juice, strawberry, and cream. Sweet and sugary, with a light tartness. Light to medium body, with a silky, lightly acidic palate. This is a smooth and flavorful sour. Delicious and well made.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black, with a small, bubbly, brown head. Pleasant coffee roastiness, with some vanilla, cacao nibs, and walnuts. Fairly dry, with a mild bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with a thick and chewy mouthfeel. Quality stout!

Sample at the brewery. Pours a pale, yellow color, with a small, off-white head. The nose is tons of lime juice, with some brown sugar, vanilla, and citrus zest. Sweet and sugary, with a big tart kick. Light body, with a zesty, acidic palate. This is a fun and well made beer.

Sample at the Cerberus 3rd Anniversary Invitational. Black, with a big, frothy, tan head. The aroma is dark chocolate, pine sap, light soy, and vanilla. Sweet and malty, with a light bitterness. Thick, syrupy, and sharp. Big, quality stout.
