On tap at Cerberus. Pours black, with a big, frothy, light brown head. The aroma is mild coffee, bitter pine, molasses, cocoa powder, and caramel. Sweet and malty, with a sharp, mellow bitterness. Heavy body, with a chewy, grainy palate. This is a thick and decadent, stout-ish quad. Enjoyable.

12 oz. pour at the brewery. Pours black, with a pretty big, foamy, brown head. The aroma is maple, coffee, licorice, walnuts, dark cocoa, and light rum. Sweet and roasty, with a nice, balancing bitterness. Very heavy body, with a hard, sticky, and chewy mouthfeel. This is a delicious, aggressive, and well balanced stout.

32oz crowler, thanks a lot to Omgrich.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a nice, hazy, ruby-brown, with a big, frothy, tan head. The nose is strong fig, vanilla, cloves, butter toffee, and rye. Sweet and malty, with some light bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with an effervescent, malty feel. This is a solid quad. Lots of dark fruits, candy sugar, and yeast character.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear, dark bronze color, with a big, frothy, tan head. The aroma is strong pine, butter toffee, light cherry, pumpernickel, and sharp rye. Sweet and syrupy, with a big, abrasive bitterness. Very heavy body, with a clingy, sticky, thick mouthfeel. This is an aggressive and very hoppy barleywine. Tasty!
