On tap at the brewpub. A hazy, dark golden beer topped by a finger thick off-white head leaving curtains. Quite herbal aroma, with a little malty touch and a fruity hint. Too much herbs all the way, but it’s not bad in any way. Caramel and some bitterness, a touch of fruits. Short herbal finish. Not impressed at all. 140501

On tap at the brewpub. A clear, reddish beer with a small, dense light beige head. Caramel and oranges in the aroma, faintly roasted. There’s a nice bitterness in the flavor, with caramel and some oranges. Full body, dry, and with a nice carbonation level. Bitter finish with some malty flavors. I like it, it’s easy drinkable and quite tasteful too. 140501

On tap at the brewpub. An unclear pale orange beer with a small off-white head. Lots of wheat on the nose, with orange, resin hints and citrus zest. Too much wheat I think, both in aroma and flavor. Mellow bitterness, soft carbonation and medium bodied. Short citrus finish. Pretty boring this one. 140501

On tap at the brewpub. A dark brown to black beer with a dark beige head of moderate size. The aroma is mostly roasted, but the wasabi is pretty evident. Coffee and some bonfire too. Full to medium body, soft carbonation. Semi dry. The flavor has a touch of wasabi, but not the burning sensation. Bonfire and coffee too. Lasting finish. A pretty decent one. 140501

On tap at the brewpub. A more or less clear one, golden in color and with a small off-white head. Malty, fruity aroma, pretty weak, but pleasant. Pine cone notes. The flavor has a nice bitterness, it’s pretty dry on the palate, with a soft carbonation level. Fruity, with some caramel malts. Lasting fruity finish. Very easy drinkable and quite tasteful too. 140501

Small lasting beige head. Clear slightly hazy deep red body with strong carbonation. Fruity earthy barnyard (?!?) aroma with wild berry notes. Dry-sweet barnyard, earth, and dried fruit taste with spicy salty notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, smooth mouthfeel. Dryish earthy blackberry and barnyard aftertaste with salty wild berry and wood notes. It’s too sharp and edgy and doesn’t offer enough in return. (0.2l draft at brewpub.)

Small offwhite head. Clear yellow body. Perfumy fruity aroma with herbal chewing gum notes. Dryish fruity floral taste with spicy perfumy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild mouthfeel. Dryish floral fruity mealy aftertaste with resiny perfumy notes. It’s OK, but a little boring. (0.2l draft at brewpub.)
