On tap @ Crowbar. Yeah, it's as good as clear this, perhaps a soft blur to it and it's golden in color with a nice medium sized white top that's lacing nicely down the sides of the glass. Smells mild, pilsnerish. Some sweet corn carat tones breaks through, but it's quite mild and a bit boring in the aroma if I am to be completely honest. It definitely doesn't taste bad, just not very exciting either. Light grainy and corn sweet. Quite crisp and super clean. Light tones of lime zest. It's super light on the mouthfeel, even want to go as far as to call it watery and the carbonation is above average. Easy to drink, and I wouldn't mind to much recommending this to a non-believer, but for me this genre and style is just a bit bah.. You know, boring sometimes? 17.10.2013

On tap @ Crowbar. Nice! Didn't think I'd get a chance to try this. The beer itself is a deep dark brownish looking one, looks quite cloudy and perhaps a bit dirty in the glass and it has a nice medium sized heavy lacing brown beige islandy top. Lots of nice aromas going on here. Deep and rich chocolate with lots of cold coffee, roasted malts, vanilla undertones and dark caramel. Smells quite a lot and definitely nice. It feels creamy and quite smooth in the mouth, perhaps a bit light or thin for business in such a heavy one and the carbonation is nice, small bubbly and almost prickling. A good amount of flavor also. Dark roasted chocolate and a really good amount of coffee. I get a good amount of fudge brownies with a almost burned roasty theme all the way. Well masked alcohol as it's just lurking in the background, and it ends with lots and lots of salty delicious licorice. Your don't really think to much about it but it has a pretty strong hoppy profile as well this. Really tasty, but must admit that I was a little bit surprised that it felt so thin as it actually did in the mouth. Not that I really care to much about it. 18.10.2013

Small glass from the six-pack menu, tap at the brewpub. Fawn-coloured head, that stayed for while leaving spotty lacing behind. The body colour was hazy, dark apricot like. Spiced fruity aroma. Likewise, the taste character was spicy with fruits and wheat leading to a fresh bittersweet finish. Medium bodied. Pleasing (Oslo 25.11.2013).

Intet navigeringspunkt, men den like lett å like som å drikke.
