Our four brewpubs provide a pure Portland craft brewing experience in an unpretentious setting. Paws down, the tastiest beer around!

The Lucky Lab consists of two brewpubs (Hawthorne & Quimby)and two satellite pubs in Portland. You can expect a casual atmosphere, very affordable beer and food, without the distractions of lottery, pool tables, etc.

Is the possibly the long day lager? Anyway, on tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A light grainy nose. The flavor is earthy biscuit, some light sweet pear, a smooth clean lager. It hit the spot.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A nose of green fresh hops. The flavor suffers from unbalance and again, green hops, bitterness throughout. Some lemon zest.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a copper color with a small white head. A sweet mellow earthy and fruity hop nose. The flavor is very low bitterness, sweet fruity pine hops, some grains/earth. Nice. Pretty drinkable.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a deep copper color with a medium white head. A nice mellow fruity malt with some orange peel in the nose. The flavor is pretty interesting: bitterness, sweet earthy malts, clean and finishes with more hop bite. Nice brew.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A sweet nose of honey and biscuit, light floral hops. The flavor is sweet malts, biscuit, again honey, some crisp low bitterness. Good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A sweet hoppy big citrus flavor. This is a really hoppy bitter! Some oranges, lemon, very clean, caramel. Nice brew.

On tap at the brewery. Listed as Blue Dog Amber. Pours a dark copper color with a medium white head. A light earthy caramel nose some floral hops. The flavor is similar: biscuit, earthy, some caramel and light apricot. Decent.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a pure black color with a medium beige head. A sweet mellow roasted malt nose with some coffee. A big milky coffee flavor, light toast, some nutty elements. Smooth.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a deep charcoal color with a small white head. A nose of metal, coffee and light roast. The flavor is more metallic roast, dry coffee, berries, some ash. Good.
