My friend Robert brought this one back for me from a trio to South Africa. Sampled from a 12 oz green bottle this beer poured a bright golden color with a small foamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was tart lemon, citric acid and lemonade. The flavor was tangy and sweetish with lemon, citric acid and lemonade. Long tart lemonade finish. Light to medium body. Tasty.

Bottle from Zimbabwe brought to UK by a neighbour. Pours an attractive bright golden colour with a decent sized long lasting white head. Aroma of maize with a touch of pepper. A light sweetness to it, with a good level of bitterness. Body is light, thin but slightly oily texture. Average and steady carbonation level, thought this was quite a decent pale lager.

From tap at Alba Easy Longe at Durban Airport 17.03.15. Pale and clear straw colour. Bright, white head. Not much aroma. Perhaps a hint of maize. Waterish taste, with hints of maize and artificial sweetener. Low bitterness. Just another bland eurolager.

Can shared by Caleb, thanks! Pours a clear light yellow with a touch of gold and a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is full of corn and straw with a bit of earthy grain underlying. Flavor has lots of corn as well with some sweet grain and a bit of earthy bread.

OK as far as black labels go. Not so deathly as the Quebec versions. Pale. A bottle thanks to Travlr.
