Hoo sparkling dry champagne cider or something. Clear golden color with a bubbly white head that soon vanish totally. Very dry apple stuff. Sparkling because a quite high carbonation. Made it a bit fizzy. Hmm not that good really. But I do not like it this dry and a bit to high carbonation.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Hazy yellow colour with no head. Aroma is mild vinegar, some sweet apples and mild alcohol as well. Flavour is quite stinging hot with very tart apples as well as rather dry vinegary notes.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy pale golden. Citric apple aroma. Mid dry with spritzy carbonation and medium body. Citric apples, butter, notes of chalk. Tart finish with honey, white pepper and light apple skin bitterness.

Smell is tiny sweet, fruity and tiny funky with smashed apples, hay, dry soil, paper and hints of ginger and apple sauce. Taste is sour and tiny fruity with sour apples, lemon zest, paper, minerals and dry soil. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tiny tart, astringent and light bodied.
