Every day we work to source the most local, pure, organic and fresh ingredients to craft our meads. To us, ‘local’ is not just a buzz word - it’s our guiding principle. Local makes our mead the highest quality. Local supports our beekeepers and farmers. Local means integrating spirits from Ohio, local art and music into our Meadery & Bar located in the heart of Columbus. Local is what makes us distinct.

Sample at the Meadery. This Mead is a clear honey-gold color and sticks to the side of the glass a bit. Potpourri aroma of lavender and cinnamon. Sweet and slightly syrupy body with flavors reminiscent of scented soaps. Spices, lavender, apple, and cinnamon are all present. Floral aftertaste with some fruity notes. Sort of disjointed aroma versus taste but decent overall.

Thanks to sliffy for sharing a bottle. My first crack at a Mead. Pours reddish-amber with a thin bone white head. Spotty lacing on the glass. Raspberry and cherry aroma. Medium body with tart raspberry flavor, plus notes of malt and lavender. The finish is fruity with a lingering floral aftertaste. Tasty and interesting overall.
