Description
Cross Borders’ origins trace back to an illicit biscuit cartel run by our two founders in primary school. This brewery IS THE RESULT OF YEARS OF friendship, HARD WORK, EXPERIENCE, AND a refusal to grow up. Based in leafy midlothian we brew braw beer you’ll want to drink again and again (responsibly of course).

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Cork & Cask online. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a slight, creamy white head. Lightly sweet, pale and grainy malts, lemon peel, nips of hay, a hint of peach. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, hints of pithy grapefruit, further crisp pale grains, mild lemon rind bitterness. OK stuff, pretty basic.
