Servida en tulipa, color rubio anaranjado, turbio, muy atractivo, espuma blanca abundante, aunque no excesivamente retenida. Aroma delicioso a levadura belga, cereales, bizcocho de naranja recién hecho, albaricoques, algo de licor, banana, especias...me acerco la copa a la nariz y me viene una sonrisa al pensar que una cerveza "murciana" pueda oler así. En boca seguimos con el deleite, cuerpo medio, pero rico en matices, toque cítrico, floral, especiado, espíritu dulce, perfectamente equilibrado con un rico amargor, trago corto y cálido, muy jugoso, final largo y seco...bravo. Buena esta cerveza, una belgian strong bien lograda, si señor.

Color ambar cobrizo, espuma beige claro, cremosa, de mediana retención. Aroma a malta tostada, caramelo, ligero cacao puro...En boca es de cuerpo medio, entra mostrando algunas notas dulces, pero el retrogusto definitivamente tiende al amargor, el final es largo, amargo y astringente, se sienten notas torrefactas, maltosas, algo de chocolate puro, ligeramente licorosa...Sin llegar a la altura de sus referentes alemanas, es una representación bastante digna de una doppelbock. No esta mal
