Bouteille 33cl, BB 25/09/2020. lot# L27, from Beer Store Barcelona. Dorée-orangée, col fin blanc. Arôme offre un bouquet chargé en avoine, grains bien présent sur un complément effluves plutôt belges sur la levure. Retrouve un agréable bouquet de vin blanc, raisin sur pointes vertes. Palais garde un effet belge marqué sur le côté levure, surtout par l'ajout de sucre brun-candy. Pointe de barrique tirant vers un effet de vin blanc voire un effet de purée d'abricot. Avoine apporte une belle rondeur et le côté barrique ajoute une note fraîche. Pointe tannique sur la fin avec un léger houblonné revenant en retrait pour une amertume plutôt noble.

330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. A clear warm golden body, bubbly white head, small sized. Dotted spots on the glass. Modest dried fruits and dusty yeast on the nose. Canned fruity flavours, moments of caramel malts, and wood. Ends with dried fruity notes. Medium bodied. Just alright. (Tromsø 04.06.2018).
