500 mL bottle brought by Rick to Ale Alpharetta. Pours pale yellow, with no head, but lots of bubbles. The nose is strong honey, rose water, tangerines, orange peel, and cloves. Very sweet flavor, with a nice, light bitterness. Light to medium body, highly efferevecent, lightly acidic, smooth, and easy. This is a nice mead! The hops are not harsh, but balance the typically cloying sweetness of a mead.
