Bottle shared courtesy of Adam. Thanks. Pours a mostly clear amber to copper with no head. Caramel apple nose with some mapple as it warms. A bit of cherry on the palate, but lots of nice apple notes throughout. The maple complements very well. Maybe a bit thin but the flavors are nice.

Bottle shared. Thanks Adam. Pours a deep ruby to purple with no head. Blueberry and pie spices prevalent on the nose. Maybe a touch thin on the body. Cinnamon and some nutmeg notes as it warms. More blueberry and honey.

Very nice mead! Lovely strawberry expression without any rubbery notes at all. Plenty of toasty vanilla from the honey. Fairly heavy acidic but the sweetness is just enough to balance it. Thank you very much for this gift!
