(Draught at Bishop's Arms, Lund, Sweden, 7 June 2024) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with crisp-bread, pineapple, herbs, honey and citrus. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of crisp-bread, pineapple, grapefruit, honey and a gentle citric/herbal bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh, hoppy and well balanced lager. Nice one.

Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, pineapple, passionfruit, grass and a mild citric/grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

On tap at Akkurat. An unclear reddish brown one, with a small dense beige head. Delicious aroma with toffee, bread, roasted malts and hints of coffee, dark dried fruits and some booze. Oak, vanilla. It's full bodied and lightly warming, smooth and nicely carbonated, with a nice bitterness dealing with some of the sweetness. Toffee, dark dried fruits, some roasted malts and dark chocolate. Oak, vanilla and alcohol, all in a very good combination. Lasting sweet, warming and malty finish. S delicious one indeed, the barrel adding an extra dimension. 240722
