Tap at Komachi. Deep golden, slight haze, thick low head. Malty, biscuity aroma, honey, herbal hops. Rich and biscuity malt flavor, honey notes, slightly sweet, herbal, Noble hops, bitter hop finish. Full bodied but not heavy. Like a maibock in flavor, but hoppier and lighter.

Tap at Temma. Medium orange amber, cloudy, with a thick, fine head. Fruity nose, tropical fruit, stone fruits. Rich, fruity flavor, biscuity malt, a touch of caramel, grapefruit, more orange, light passion fruit, bitter finish. Good west coaster.

Tap at Beer Belly Temma. Light citrus nose, orange, mandarin, chocolate, light roast. Black with a low, fine head. Flavor is very nicely balanced orange and chocolate, light caramel and coffee roast. Light and crisp. The tankan adds a nice touch.
