I’m always weary of rare Euro styles being done here, but I trust Minoh. This is lovely, like an acidic grape must saison. Farm wine ale.

Sampled @ Craft Bier Messe Mainz 2019. A clear yellow golden beer. Aroma of grassy and citrusy hops, hay. Taste of dry grainy malt, straw, hay, citrus hops. Easy.

surprisingly austere nose tha tis very restrained with lemon and a nice grassy character. Medium body with modest biscuit character. Unusual pilsner.
