From bottle at Viniční altán in Prague 16.08.21. Cloudy dark straw colour. Some white head. Aroma and taste of apple peel, red apples, cider apples and cardamom. Bitter apple peel is lingering on. There is also some off-tastes that I can’t put my finger on. Perhaps it is aceton.

From bottle at Beer Bar Na Veselia, Prague, 17.07.17. Cloudy dark orange to pink amber. Not much head. Fine aroma and taste of orchard apples, rescurrants, cherries and sulphur. Good! Dry and astromgent mouthfeel.

Old bottle from Beers 'n' more, finally got to it. Murky, misty ochre body, looking very much like a NEIPA, especially at first, when the fleeting white head was still there. A lovely, fresh apple aroma, lean, surprisingly simple, clean apple taste, on the drier side of semi-dry, but definitely within its constraints, smooth, lean, juicy, drinkable, light tartness in the finish. Not a wow or a memorable cider by any means, apart from its look, but nice and sessionable.

Bottle at Pivotéka Beers 'n' More. Murky orange-amber body, small white head. Classic apple wine aroma mixing with honey notes. Sweet honey and green apple taste, full, smooth, highly drinkable despite the sweetness. All in all, nothing too spectacular but a success at what it is.

Tap at Sběrné Suroviny. Murky apricot body with a white head. Rustic aroma, glue, leather, fermented apples, too much glue at times. Juicy, sweet apple juice taste, with lighter touches of glue here and there. Legit stuff, but imperfect. Looks and feels lovely though!
