Description
We all have a first story. It’s the one we tell to strangers, job interviewers and people we meet during the course of a day. It’s who we are, where we’re from, what we do, people we know. But our second story is all about the passion we have deep inside. It’s the things we love to do because it defines who we are.

At 2nd Story Brewing Co., our passion is the craft beer that you can witness for yourself being brewed on the second floor. It’s where our second story comes together. It’s where our stellar beer is hand-crafted and handed down.

Quite cloudy, thick head. Assertive hop nose is going papaya and melon, and grapefruit. On the palate the catty nature of the citra shows through, along with a pronounced yeastiness that obfuscates the malts a bit too much. Some good elements but this needs to be cleaner to really showcase those nice citra notes.

Hazy medium amber. Very sweet, a touch candyish, crackery, a breath of alcohol in the finish and kind of sticky burnt sugars, like extra-burnt crme brle.

Has a hazy light tan colour and thin head. Good bitter lemony, orangey character with a little bit of biscuity malts to back it up. Fairly full body and apparent alcohol in the finish.
