Draft at Boise brewpub. Dark brown pour, ruby tinges, wispy head. Light sweet milky aroma. Taste starts gentle, milky roasty while a nice mellow bitterness builds up at the back . Some of the bitterness lingers.

Taster flight at 10 Barrel Boise. Foggy golden pour, scant white head. Aroma is fruity, citrus, pine. Taste brings a nice juicy, resinous flavor, fruity, hoppy with a slick oily feel . Lovely stuff!
