Can. Pours a clear golden orange hue with a large white head. A light grassy toast nose. Mild citrus, very clean, a really vibrant citrus core. Very good.

Can. Pours a dark brown hue with a creamy beige head. A big sweet coffee nose. Light roast, sweet big coffee. Maybe a bit in need of some roast to balance it out. Great palate.

Can. Pours a lovely golden hue with a medium white head. A big citrus and perfume nose. Sweet, lots of lemon, medium resin, toast, very, very clean. Oily hops. Great! Take this exact recipe but make it 10%, it will be close to a Pliny clone.

From Beer Drop. Canned 08/03/2022.
Pours a clear straw yellow with a small and short lived head of foam. Still, there is some lacing.
The smell is of grain, corn, hints of perhaps, lime?
The taste is grainy, some corn, light sweetness, kinda bitter, no sign of any lime that I thought I smelled.
Light bodied, plenty of carbonation.
Interesting but the name exceeds the beer itself.

My sampling will be out of a 16 oz can from Total Wine in Houston with a canning date of 7/11/22. The hazy style is not my favorite but I have developed some appreciation more recently. The glass of choice this evening is a tulip from Buffalo Bayou Brewing. Time to lift the tab and make a pour. The appearance is a cloudy, lemonade looking body with a steady cover of fully white foam. The scent is juicy with a bare acknowledgement of hops. And the taste is all right, no barriers being broken here. Grapefruit predominantly, cedar, lemons, varnish, crackers and field. A distinct hoppy bitterness. Tolerably decent.

Very good example of the style. Sweet bready malt and nice floral hop notes, hops come through to follow and last much longer. Crisp dry finish. Bright yellow with white loose head, which didn’t last long. In training
