Bomber from the Belmont Market of Choice in Portland. This one claims to be made with rye, Amarillo and Centennial. Pours copper with a beige head. Aroma of citrus and resin. Med body or better. Flavor is somewhat toasty malt with citrus and resin. I think rye spice is detectable. Not wholly dry (it has a barley wine aspect) but bitter enough to solve that problem. Might be a mild resin hop burn. Decent DIPA.

Not sure how a kettle sour is a Berliner Weisse. Must be a typo there. Cloudy and pinkish, tart, not picking out much cactus. So just ok kettle, no Berliner.

On tap at Bailey's Taproom, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is nicely structured in the hop department, with lightly earthy hops, some light pine and crisp toasted biscuity malt. Bone dry, with a biscuity finish. Excellent.
