12 ounce can from the 7-11 near my hotel. 9/9/23 (but 9/10/23 at home, and the time zone my body is used to). New brewery! Brewery # 2219, USA # 1817, OR # 36. Slightly hazy amber, large tan head, good retention. Aroma of toast, grapefruit, marmalade, hint of tropical fruit. Taste is pineapple, grapefruit, mango, pale malt. Juicy, mild bitter, booze hidden well but mildly present. Well balanced. Nice.

On tap at the Boise BP medium brown pour, thin wispy tan ring of bubbles. Pretty straight up chocolate and toasted malts. I would not have guessed 40IBU. It’s pretty tame and a touch sweet. But great light roast maltiness. Nice

On tap at the Boise 10Barrel clear medium golden pours thin fine lasting white head and lacing. Big up front hop character. Deep smooth piney bitterness and fresh presence. Bold.
