Description
10 Barrel Brewing was founded by three fellas in Bend, Oregon in 2006 who wanted to brew beer, drink beer and have a ton of fun while doing so. 10 years later and we're still following suit. Whether we're shredding the mountain, drinking cold ones by the fire after work or floating down the river. We always have fun with a beer in hand.

22 oz. bottle, pours amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is quite hop-heavy, some toasted nuts and some roast. Flavour is a bit fruity at first, then shifts to citrus hops that then feature quite prominently, backed by some pleasant toasted malts. Very hop-heavy for a brown ale - tastes more like a very hoppy, toasted amber. Very solid.

Cask at Great British Beer Festival 2012, Olympia, London. A golden coloured pour with a medium off white head. Hoppy, citrus fruit aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus fruit, grapefruit, quite dry and bitter.

Tap at OBF. Pours slightly reddish amber with an off-white creamy white head. Aroma is sour apricot to me, tho the brewer says there’s none. Flavor is moderately sour with citrus and what still seems apricot to me. Very tasty.

Tap at OBF. Pours strawberry pink. Extremely fresh raspberry aroma. Near med body. It is quite tart and freshly raspberry. A little wheat shows as the raspberry lifts a bit. Finishes tart.

Draught @ Horse Brass Pub as ”10 Barrel Brewing India Session Ale”. Rated on 11.07.2012
Fruity aroma with peach and hints of vanilla. Flavour is hoppy with gooseberry bush, some nettles and hints of resin. The bitterness here is a bit harsh here, probably the hop profile just won’t fit to my mouth perfectly.

Bottle. Brown pour with foamy white head. Aroma is like a pale or a Cape, with piney notes. Hoppy flavour, with restraint, they could have gone for a brown IPA but they didn’t. Barley and wheat in e finish with some tartness

Bomber from Brewforia. Pours very hazy copper amber with a creamy/bubbly beige head. Aroma is heavily floral backed up by citrus, and there’s a delightful warm caramel as well. Full bodied. The malt steps up and is immediately smacked down. This is very hoppy - but it’s not the harsh cat pee and pine, so the malt is detectable. It’s dry, but the malt wants to come forth. Too bad for the malt. Great frickin ale.
