Description
10 Barrel Brewing was founded by three fellas in Bend, Oregon in 2006 who wanted to brew beer, drink beer and have a ton of fun while doing so. 10 years later and we're still following suit. Whether we're shredding the mountain, drinking cold ones by the fire after work or floating down the river. We always have fun with a beer in hand.

22 oz bomber courtesy of bvc. Pour is a hazed golden copper, with a nice white head. The head falls with big bubbles and splotchy lacing. The aroma is fresh soft resin hops, herbal honey, and a nice toasty malt. Soft and balanced nose. The taste is the lightly bitter resin hop, grassy, along with some of the herbal of the nose. There is also a fair amount of pine, and then the nicely balanced toasted malt. The flavor is nice, though feels a bit watery, which I suppose fits in with the session aspect of this. The palate is light bodied, un filtered mouth feel, low level of carbonation and the somewhat watery finish. As the beer warms, it comes together nicely - very easy drinking and flavorful. This was nice, thanks Brandon.

Sampled on tap for IIPA fest @ Saraveza, pours hazy golden orange with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, caramel, citrus hops. Flavour of sweet & sour tropical fruits, citrus hops and caramel. Delicious.

Bottled 0,65ltr (bought from Portland)
Slightly hazy amber color, small off-white head. Tropical fruity, hoppyness, caramel malty notes. Medium-bodied. Front is kind of crystal malty, caramelly with some berries too. Finish has hoppy bitterness and moderate alcohol. Less bitter than name claims :)

Something didn’t quite gel. Cloudy orange pour with lasting white head. Aroma is a lot of citrus, and a little anal gas which I’m sure wasn’t supposed to be there. Light to medium body. Hoppy flavour and lekker finish. It’s just that aroma.

Also called Revelation Red. Red almost black pour with medium off white head. Looks almost like a porter. Hoppy and sea foam aroma. Hoppy flavour, just not so much as an IPA. Hoppish finish with sweet malt.

22oz Bottle. Pours out a dark brown topped with a small soapy head. Aroma was of roast, a little brown sugar sweetness, some fruit notes, and a little grain. Taste was much as the aroma with the roast malts leading the way, well balanced with a little bitterness. My first brew from 10 Barrel turned out pretty good in my opinion for what that is worth.

Draught. Poured dark brown with thick white head. Much lacing. Malty aroma, with something else, like the aroma of a fine unlit Havana cigar. Full bodied flavour, malt, cocoa, and ’n bietjie molasses. Malty finish. I loved this and hope they’ll bottle it.

Bottle thanks to someone at t0rin0’s tasting. Pours with a deep brown body with an off-white head. Aroma of green apple, smoke, chocolate and caramel. Taste is weak, thin, watery, sugary wort. Really sweet with some cola notes. Medium carbonation. Watery.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is dense fruity hoppy. Peachy and grapefruity towards tangerine. Sweet hoppy fruity and mild caramelish base. Bitter and fruity flavoured into the finish. Smooth and lingering fruity.
