Crisp, hazy, slightly chunky copper and bronze coloured body with a touch of a rose tint, all with a nice, soapy, three centimetre tall pink head. Aroma of coriander seed, light spices, a touch of grassy hops and a little bit of cherries also noticeable, but a bit more sweetness than anything else. Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy and herbal characteristic up front with a little cherry sour and funkiness, but not much at all - more malt right afterwards and only a smidgen of coriander seed freshness throughout. Aftertaste is dry at least, with some grain and sweetness mixed in, but hardly any cherry notes and only a bit of hops or grassiness at all. Overall, a pretty average beer, at least according to the title they gave it - not a saison really, and hardly any cherry notes at all. Aside from that, it wasn’t harsh or pungent and didn’t have any off-flavours, so it was decent, but not great. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Total Beverage in Thornton, Colorado on 04-June-2017 for US$1,96 sampled at home in Washington on 11-August-2017.

12 oz. can. Black color, with a very thin, beige head. The aroma is bitter chocolate, salt, rye, anise, and peat. A little sweet, with a harsh bitterness. Medium body, acerbic, sticky, and hard. Interesting, and much too hoppy. Still, pretty tasty.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with small beige head that lasts the aroma is peppers and resin. Medium body, light heat, peppers, spice. Very good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with medium creamy beige head that lasts. The aroma is roast and cocoa. Thick body, chocolate, roast, light finish, good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy gold with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is pine and citrus. Medium body mango pineapple, resin light bitterrness, very nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head. The aroma is cocoa roast dark fruit. Thick, roast, dark chocolate, spice finish, very good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy copper with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is bready malt and caramel. Thick body, candy sugar, bready malt, light booze, good.
