10th October 2008. GABF. Hazy gold beer. Smooth palate. Hoppy but the hops are dry and bittering without much else.

10th October 2008. GABF. From the Northgate - Seattle brewpub. Clear brown beer. Sweet and extremely floral. Liquid bunch of flowers! Dry crisp finish. Different to put it mildly and works for me.

On tap at the Richardson location. No head, just a ring. Muddy brown body. Aroma of clove, burnt plastic, and banana. Taste is strong clove, orange rind, and an odd after taste. Syrupy, light bubbles.

On tap at EcoBrew Fest. pours out a hazy gold topped with a white head. Aroma was nice lots of oak, rich grains and some light malt. Taste was more of the oak, some citrus, and a little tart. A fun and taste treat from the crew at Boise Ram.

draft at the Fishers, IN brewpub - Pours cloudy straw colored with a white head. There’s a light, yeasty wheat and malt aroma with a touch of citrus. It tastes of sweet malt and citrus with a hint of spice. It’s light bodied and holds up well with the salmon I was eating.

draft at the Fishers, IN brewpub - I hesitate to add this one as the brewery already has several Scottish ales in the system, but I’m pretty confident my notes are correct and they’re at least calling this one a new name. It pours dark amber with a thin head. The aroma is mainly rich malt and there’s a touch of alcohol. The flavori s sweet caramel malt with dark fruit notes. It’s medium bodied with the sweetness carrying right into the finish and a touch of alcohol lingering on the palate.

draft at the Fishers, IN brewpub - Pours clear gold with a small white head and a mild malt aroma. It has a sweet malt flavor and some alcohol presence. The finish of this light to medium bodied brew is also fairly sweet with very minimal hops if any noticeable. It’s simplistic and not very satisfying, my least favorite of the bunch.
