Snallygaster 2022. Poured a slightly hazy red color with a small light off-white head. Aroma was bit sour notes, huge cherry and cherry skins. Flavor was pleasant, interesting. Big ripe cherries. Nice!

Snallygaster 2022. Poured a golden orange color with a thick white head. Light and easy to drink, a little bit lighter than I would prefer. Some light soapy character. A little lemon. Tasty stuff.

Perfect Colorado peaches and soft funk, beautiful balance of sweet funky dry Brett, damn delicious. It really is like a jammy soft saison, incredible.

Bottle shared by Chris D: pours greyish yellow with white head. Aroma is funk, some barrel, basement, sweat. Taste is somewhat sour and quite funky. Whiskey is pretty understated. Good.
