0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 2020. Bb 2040. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells horse radish, earthy, citric, lactic. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, wood, oak, very light whiskey notes, subtle volatile acids, horse radish, spices. finishes dry and lightly to medium sour with notes of oak, volatile acids and earthy notes. Good one overall, some volatile acids, rather on the clean side, lacks a bit complexity

Bottle pour at the DCBeer December 2025 share. Poured a clear, deep ruby red color with a small white head. Aroma was fruity cherries, cherry skin. Flavor was tart cherries, light vanilla. Juicy, slightly funky cherries. Really pleasant tartness. Liked this one a lot.

Bottle.
A- Copper color, slightly hazy liquid, no head.
A- Mile juniper berry, lemon, funk, oak, mild caramel, subtle wet hay.
F- Oak, lemon, Brett funk, mild juniper, earl grey tea, subtle gin barrel.
T- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, tangy finish.
O- I am so curious what age would do as I drank this super fresh. Definitely get the earl grey bergamot flavor. This was a solid lambic that would hold it's own against the big names of the style. Surprised and delighted with this one.

I've got a natural wine membership, I want a membership of just these instead. Sneaky funky Malbec for days.
Just heavenly tropical hop flavors. Smooth but also packing tropical funk flavors.

375 ml corked and capped bottle from Tavour. Bottled in July of 2022. Number one with a bullet. Hazy amber orange pour. Creamy beige head settles to a modest cap. Funky, tangy aromas of hay, sour orange and apricot. Flavor is more of the same. Apricot, orange, oak, hay and earthy, funky malt. Soft, smooth mouthfeel. Very approachable. Excellent.
I love port, I love gueuze, this is a lovely blend of flavors. Caramel and dried fruit, funky oak and vanilla, both of those combined beautifully for days. Nice carb and delicious finish, will need to buy more to age, need to try this with more funk!

Smokey nose and hints upfront but flavor mostly delicious funk with hints of mezcal citrus. Gnarly good.

On tap at Theodore, pours a clear copper with a medium white head. Aroma is odd -- there's a strange baking spice character upfront, with gentle hops, light metallic notes, and some bugginess. Flavour is much the same, with floral hops, some metallic notes, then those baking spices creep in (vanilla, nutmeg), and finishes lightly tart and buggy. I suppose Cantillon Iris was the inspiration for this, but this is far from that. Not bad, just pretty wonky and doesn't seem on-point. Decent experiment.

On tap at Theodore, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Nose has gentle champagne, woody dry-hopping, and wild bugs. Flavour is tart, buggy and hoppy, blending nice champagne notes, with light tartness, wild yeast, and earthy, floral dry-hopping. Not remotely convincing as a gueuze, but as a hoppy mixed ferm ale, this is very nice.
