On tap at Queue Beer. Pours red. Funk, bright tart, funky wild citric acidity, little vinegar, lots of sweet cherry, nutty, marzipan. Soft spritzy body. Excellent.

2020 bottle. Hazy golden color with a medium sized head. Aroma was bit grape, tart lemon. Grain, funky notes, some floral notes. Interesting.

2020 bottle, 750ml. Tight. Tart. Funky, lemony. Buttery. Grapey. Nice. Grain bill is simple but the mixed ferm ate it up. The barrels add plenty of tannins and character too. 8 4 8 5 15
