750ml bottle from Tavour. Pale straw color with a mild haze, small bubbly head. Tart aroma, peaches. Taste brings more peachy notes, and the tartness amps up a bit, but it is wonderfully full and smooth. I'm not a huge lambic fan, but this was xtraordinary.

750 bottle foggy dull orange peach pour. Firm spontaneous sour funk. Moderate tartness a little of the soap ones that D.L. ones with. Nice fruit balance. Quite tasty

Pours hazy reddish. Tart cherry, bretta. Wonderful balance here. Some lemon. Tart finish. Nice stuff. Tap at Snally.

750 mL bottle. Pours a hazy, pink color, with a fair, foamy, off-white head. The nose is lime zest, leather, maraschino, almond, and musty hay. Dry and musty, with a light bitterness. Mellow and a bit tart. Light to medium body, grainy, and acidic. Beautiful, complex, and subtle.
