Pedro Souza devoted himself body and soul to the development of his own craft brewery, which he founded in September 2013 in Alvarelhos, Trofa.

At the beginning of 2015, the result of "a lot of resilience and persistence" comes out on the market: the first ready-to-serve beers produced by Post Scriptum Brewery. Today, the Trofa brewer is proud to see the business he built by himself "grow every month".

33cl bottle. A clear amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of caramel, strong malt, mild sweetness. Taste of sweet and strong malt, caramel, honey, biscuit.

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy orange golden beer with a big off-white head. Aroma of sweet and strong pale malt, some wood, some dried fruits, honey.

33cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a big white head. Aroma of spicy and mild grassy hops, pale malt. Taste of spicy hops, pale malt, some grains. Long bitter finish.

Keg at the Canil taproom, Lisboa, 24/03/22. Pitch black with a good sized lasting tan crown. Nose is roast malts, chocolate, dried fruits, charr, spice. Taste comprises roasted bite, toffee, chocolate, spice, charr, ashen tones, dried fruits, light smoked tones. Full bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Solid impy ... great mouthfeel.

Keg at the Canil taproom, Lisboa, 24/03/22. Clear golden amber with a good sized lasting off white cap ... good lacing ensues. Nose is orange zest, grapefruit, pine resin, mixed tropical fruits, grass. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, pine needle, melon, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Decent enough easy drinking DIPA.
