Oak; cedar and silly drinkable. Best homebrew barely wine which I have had. For something this young to be this good is astounding.

Pulped coffee and pecan nuts and Icelandic caramel sweets on aroma. Super soft. Blackcurrants. Leather. Clean and crazy. Amore.
