On tap @ Henrik. This is a quite lovely smelling one. Looks really inviting in the glass as well with a nice orange amber colored cloudy body under a small white islandy and lacing head. Superb fruity. Lots of strawberries and peaches. Been a while since I've smelled a saison as fruity as this! Lovely. In the mouth this is really gliding, cloudy and it's just below average on the carbonation. Lots of red berries. Raspberries mainly but also citrus grapefruit, some mild roasted hints, lots of nice yeast and some cantaloupe. Really refreshing in the hot Bergen sun. 19.07.2014

Pitch black color with brownish head. Aroma of roasted malt, getting some light cheesy impression. Good body strength, highly carbonated, smooth; some roasted malt and chocolate flavor, mild acidity, strong bitterness, tobacco impression, some alcohol.

Hazy dark brown. Thick light tan head. Vinous aroma, sour berries and chocolate, late bretty notes. Flavour is sour, slightly tart. Vinous with fine, smooth carb.

Flaska från SB. Kolsvart lite skum som snabbt försvinner. En kärv rejält rökig pjäs. Torv, aska, hårdrotad/bränd malt, tjära, rökta charkuterier, relativt torr, lätt syrlig. Funkar absolut till välrökta charkuterier men känns lite rå och kantig.

On tap @ Kick. Unclear orange body with a medium sized, lacing off-white head. Nice fresh aroma with citric and tropical fruit. Flavor is refreshing as well, fruity, light pale malt and balanced bitterness. Medium body and decent aftertaste. Nothing really extraordinary just simply a well-made, no nonsense pale ale.

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in December 2013. Dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma and taste of light spices, brown sugar, some nuts, malt and with notes of alcohol. Drinkable but nothing special.

Hazy very dark brown with a small off-white head. Very inviting aroma of oak, brett, dried fruit, balsamic vinegar and spices. Dry and tart flavour with vinegar and dried fruit, spices, and a touch of ashy, hard roasted malt. The ashy part gets in the way, I guess I’d have preferred Saison Brune
