Fluffy head tan head stayed on a black still body. Malt, bitter berry, nut & dark chocolate aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & creamy to the fore with a sharp clean back. Peanut, berry, demerara, malt, dark chocolate & lactose tastes with faint citrussed hoppy finish. Tremendous Stout

Appearance is black, with a thick clingy light brown head. Aroma- chocolate sauce, treacle, nutty malt, vanilla, hints of dates and plum, more chocolate. Taste- dark malt, chocolate, coffee, fudge cake, roast nutty malt, smooth chocolate. Bitter coffee finish.

Tap. Black color, coffee foam. Aroma: coffee, a little chocolate, roasted, smoked, sweetness, spices. Taste: special sour coffee, hot chili, light fruitiness, smoked, roasted, very warming, good.

On keg at Brewdog Lothian Rd, Edinburgh. Appearance - opaque black with a lovely fawn head. Nose - smoke, charcoal and raisins. Some would spice. Taste - vanilla, treacle, molasses in fact. A touch of smoke and creamy vanilla again. Palate - medium bodied and creamy. Nice long linger. Overall - good stuff.

Keg at Brewdog Lothian Road. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aromas of dark sugar, light spice, dark chocolate. Taste is rich, thick dark chocolate and spice, light smoke. Dark sugar. Cocoa lingers, with some heat.
